The much-anticipated 3 Cold Dishes made its world premiere at the Indigo at The O₂ in London, earning rave reviews and signaling the arrival of one of Africa’s boldest cinematic statements of the year. Executive-produced by Grammy-winning artist Damini “Burna Boy” Ogulu (Spaceship Productions) alongside Bose Ogulu, Osas Ighodaro, and Asurf Oluseyi, the film blends star power with social commentary in a deeply emotional, Pan-African story.

Directed by Asurf Oluseyi, 3 Cold Dishes follows three women from Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, and Benin who, after surviving the trauma of human trafficking, reunite two decades later to exact a powerful act of retribution. It’s a story of survival, sisterhood, and the price of justice told across borders and languages.

The red-carpet premiere drew a full house of over 1,700 guests, with Osas commanding attention in a stunning black gown reminiscent of her TIFF appearance. The evening also featured a thought-provoking panel moderated by Dr. Suzaan McLean, with Burna Boy, Nissi Ogulu, Ronami Ogulu, and director Asurf Oluseyi in attendance.

Speaking about the film, Osas shared her gratitude and excitement on social media, calling the project “more than a film; it’s a movement.” The actress, who also serves as an executive producer, praised the team for creating a story that bridges continents while shedding light on shared African experiences.
3 Cold Dishes is scheduled for a staggered release beginning November 7, 2025, in Nigeria, Ghana, Liberia, Cameroon, and the U.K., followed by a Francophone and international release on November 28, 2025.
