And if there’s one thing Funke Akindele has built over the years, it’s credibility. She has consistently delivered films that connect with audiences, whether through comedy, cultural relevance, or box office success, so there’s already a level of trust that comes with her name on a project. Where Is Mr. Right? feels like another one of those stories we can confidently expect to land in familiar but entertaining territory, where romance meets chaos in a way only Nollywood can do.

We're watching to see whether Where Is Mr. Right? can give the classic search-for-love story a fresh Nollywood spin or simply give us two hours of good chaos and laughter. Either way, we're pressing play. We will watch this weekend and come with a review when we are done this.
